OWNING YOUR OWN HOME IS POSSIBLE

Hello,
My name is Kylie, I own and operate Campbell Property Innovations.
My sole purpose is helping people in South East Queensland with their properties! I help people achieve the great Australian dream of buying/owning their own homes. I also help people sell their homes, at a price that’s fair for the owners, at the price the owner asks for. EVERYTIME! Often within four weeks!!!
How do I achieve this you may be asking?
I employ a system called Rent to Own. I buy houses at the asking price, often paying over and above the weekly mortgage repayments. This usually generates an income for my sellers as well!
I then on-sell the property, and start paying my seller’s mortgage one month after finalisation of the contract. This gives me time to find a SUITABLE buyer and gives the seller time to vacate. Throughout the entire process I remain totally responsible for my seller’s property.
The system is completely flexible resulting in a tailor – made contract, satisfying my seller’s needs.
Of course this is a very brief outline of my service, but I am confident in this system. I apply this system to my own properties, to builders and developers and to private sellers like you. My major client, a volume home builder, has offered to vouch for my service and this system.
HAVE YOU BOUGHT OR SOLD PROPERTY ON RENT TO OWN??????
