PLMT Pty Limited is a company that specialises in manual unpacks of shipping containers to client specifications. As the director of PLMT Pty Limited I have been unpacking containers for 8 years on a contractual basis and continue to do so.
As a company we pride ourselves on providing a fast, safe and cost effective service, catering to client needs and building strong working relationships with all those with whom we deal.
Examples of current services include:
· Flexibility with starting times including afternoon, nights and weekends.(NO PENALTY RATES)
· PLMT Pty Limited crews will be under and follow all instructions given by the client relevant to the work undertaken.
· Pallet configuration to client requirements.
As well as offering clients tailored arrangements at fixed rate prices.
We provide full insurance for all our employees including workers compensation and employee superannuation, public liability and adhere to all client work place policies.
The advantages of this to your company may be cost cutting in penalty rates and shift loading as well as saving time in recruiting and administration.
We believe our service and container unpack rates are very competitive.
Our unpack rates are based on the size of the container and pieces and addition tasks involved such as cross-dock requirement.
We do not charge on an hourly rate.
PLMT have found through experience and training that our fixed container rates save our clients thousands of dollars a year as our teams understand and embrace the time is money philosophy thus creating productivity driven teams.
We also supply our teams to several labour hire companies throughout Sydney that traditionally supply hourly hire to service clients which require the fixed rate container prices saving the labour hire companies tens of thousands of dollars every year.
We do supply forklift drivers at an additional fixed rate appropriated to work requested of per container.
